*Our Hassle-Free Return Policy:-
- If you received a wrong, damaged or broken product, we guarantee and/ or returns within 10 days maximum from the date you received the product.
- During the 7-day return period , you can communicate or send a message with a copy of the invoice via e-mail: email@example.com our customer care agent will assist you
with scheduling the time for pickup through a courier.
- No refund without the original invoice , and the item’s card label.
- Product should be as new, complete with any accessories, manuals in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition. if the product is used, then no return is possible.
- The product will be return if you received a wrong, damaged or broken and We will return your money. The amount will be returned to the customer’s wallet as soon as the product arrives at the store
- If you paid using a credit card, the amount will be returned to a wallet and the amount will appear in the account.
- If you purchased the product using cash on delivery, the amount will be returned to the customer's wallet in his account, or you can retrieve / return within the specified period
of 7 days in any of our branches with the invoice.
- If you purchased via card payment, the amount will be returned to your account with deduction of the transfer commission if it is from a different bank.
