* Exchange and return policy :


- If you received the wrong product or it was damaged. We guarantee that you will return it within a maximum period of 10 working days from the date of delivery to you.


- During the return period of 7 days, you can communicate or send a message with a copy of the invoice via e-mail: [email protected], and the customer service employee will determine the receipt of the product.


- The product will not be returned without the original invoice and voucher.


- Ensure that the product has not been used and is fully present with all parts and accessories. It is subject to re-sale. If the product is used, you will not be able to return it.


- The product will be returned if you receive the wrong product or if it is damaged. You will get your full money back. The amount will be returned to the customer's wallet upon arrival of the product to the store.


- If you paid using a credit card, the amount will be returned to his wallet and the amount will appear in the account.


- If you purchased the product using payment upon receipt, the amount will be returned to the customer’s private wallet in his account, or you can retrieve it within the specified period of 7 days in any of our branches with the invoice.


- If you purchased via card payment, the amount will be returned to your account with deduction of the transfer commission if it was from a different bank.


- We will bear the shipping costs and return fees if you receive the wrong product or the product is damaged and unusable.
